Phillip, a life long athlete, grew up in West Texas and developed a passion for receiving a variety of body work to help with his work and sport related body aches. This is what started Phillip’s journey and passion early on for regular massage, a holistic focused health approach and for the benefits of self care.

Since completing his professional Massage education here in Austin at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School & Clinic, Phillip has focused on helping his clients get to the root of their problems and aiding their recovery with his own unique blend of techniques. He is especially adept at working with clients that deal with many posture related issues including neck and lower back pain. He especially enjoys working with athletes and clients who push their bodies to the limits, as his massage tends to provide much needed relief to their bodies, and a much needed break to their nervous systems.

The birth of his son in 2019 was the catalyst for a focused intent on healing through therapeutic bodywork. Deep compassion and a respect for family, nature and spirituality led Chris to Lomi Lomi; a sacred Hawaiian healing art form. Whether it’s deep tissue, trigger point therapy, or myofascial work, Lomi Lomi is interwoven into every massage activating the parasympathetic nervous system and creating space for therapeutic deep work to take place.

Ry loves to work slowly and intentionally with firm and consistent pressure- softening muscle fibers, releasing tense fascia, and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Above all else, Ry cares deeply about creating a communicative, nurturing, and safe environment for his clients. He believes that the best therapeutic work happens when clients can feel completely relaxed and secure and goes the extra mile to achieve this.

With a background in exercise science and being a long-time athlete, I can understand the importance of recovery and bodywork maintenance.

My goal for each session is to hold space for you to let go and receive bodywork. My work is an integration of muscle-specific deep tissue, neuromuscular, and Swedish massage techniques at a slower pace.

A native of Houston, TX, Aaron moved to Austin in 2005 to attend UT Austin for Mechanical Engineering and pursue a career as a professional musician. He started to gain interest in massage therapy in 2018, when he would frequent The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School to help with discomfort associated with drumming, rock climbing, and running. In May 2021, Aaron decided to attend the 500 hour massage program at TLC Massage School, and graduated in October 2021. He has been practicing massage therapy ever since, and specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue, among others. He has an intuitive and empathetic approach to healing the body, and believes that clear communication allows him to better reach the client’s goals throughout the session.
